Vermont lic to NY

Hello guys! I need your help in regards with my status..

I am a foreign grad nurse and already have a vermont lic., Im planning to transfer my vermont lic to ny thru endorsement but im now cOnfused on what should be done first. I hope i can get a detailed step by step process of this. Thanks for your reply...

Thanks.. I saw this too but which forms to use? I heard that i have to undergo cvs and for my school too? Im confused... Thanks.

Thanks.. Called the ny board today, the customer service operator told me to fill in form 1; contact nursys and contact cgfns. Now, i was thinking, do i have to apply them as one? Or which comes first? Thanks.
