Verification of License from Saudi Arabia

Hi everyone! I am currently waiting for my CES (Credentials Evaluation Service) report from CGFNS so I can go ahead and apply for licensure here in Tx. CGFNS already received all the requirements except this VOL (Verification of License) from Saudi Arabia. Last March 29,2015, when I called SCFHS (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) I was informed that they no longer process the VOL due to the large number of organizations outside KSA requesting them to fill up this forms. And that the Certificate of Good Standing which they currently issue via their website is valid and enough to verify the license. They also emailed me the announcement letter that says so. I called CGFNS the next day and informed them about it, I was told they are not aware of this matter and that they're going to investigate and see why SCFHS had stopped this process. So I waited, after a week I called them again and they responded that they are already aware of this problem and that they have people working on this matter and communicating with SCFHS. Until now they still tell me the same.

I stressed out the Certificate of Good Standing which CGFNS said they accept but it has to come directly from SCFHS. The problem now is when I called SCFHS, I was told that it is an automated process and that I have to register in their website, provide a valid email where they can send the certificate after payment. And that it is their only way to provide me the certificate as they don't and never send this certificates via a post mail. Now Im getting really sad about all this and don't know what to do next. Is anyone here in the same dilemma I'm in? I need help...

hows your nursing registration form for saudi council?coz i have the same problem as yours.NNAS wants the form filled up by the Saudi council and sent directly to them.I have a good standing certificate already in my email.I dont know what to do?

Hello asha ann.Your Posts is very much helpful.I have the same problem as yours as NNAS wants me to do the same thing.After we send to them all the documents needed so they will be the one to send it to NNAS?anyways, hows your forms so far?

After we have send the forms, they only will send our documents to NNAS. my documents have already reached there and after 2 weeks now i got a file number. they told me to call back after another 2 weeks. so hopefully i am waiting. as i have done international money transfer, it took 2 weeks for my money to reach there.

They actually fill up the forms for verification of license.just send them the forms,150 sr through ncb for the courier and a copy of your license.

hi katleslie, as tinzy said, they dont issue the announcement copy anymore. They actually went back to processing the forms in the saudi council office. as for the announcement, maybe you can ask some of the members here because i dont have a copy. I just went personally to the scfhs and asked them to fill up the forms.

Hi guys! I requested the good standing certificate last week thru the website and after i paid the said amount (300sr) they have sent me the certificate. Now, my problem is, they put the OLD REGISTRATION not the recent one. I renewed my license last year and now i dont know what to do with this certificate. I have called and emailed them many times and no one bothered to answer me does anyone here with the same prob as I have now.

Hi! Can I give the forms personally to their office? As for my license, will I give them a photocopy of my ID or the photocopy of saudi license certificate?
