Verification of License from Saudi Arabia

Hi everyone! I am currently waiting for my CES (Credentials Evaluation Service) report from CGFNS so I can go ahead and apply for licensure here in Tx. CGFNS already received all the requirements except this VOL (Verification of License) from Saudi Arabia. Last March 29,2015, when I called SCFHS (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) I was informed that they no longer process the VOL due to the large number of organizations outside KSA requesting them to fill up this forms. And that the Certificate of Good Standing which they currently issue via their website is valid and enough to verify the license. They also emailed me the announcement letter that says so. I called CGFNS the next day and informed them about it, I was told they are not aware of this matter and that they're going to investigate and see why SCFHS had stopped this process. So I waited, after a week I called them again and they responded that they are already aware of this problem and that they have people working on this matter and communicating with SCFHS. Until now they still tell me the same.

I stressed out the Certificate of Good Standing which CGFNS said they accept but it has to come directly from SCFHS. The problem now is when I called SCFHS, I was told that it is an automated process and that I have to register in their website, provide a valid email where they can send the certificate after payment. And that it is their only way to provide me the certificate as they don't and never send this certificates via a post mail. Now Im getting really sad about all this and don't know what to do next. Is anyone here in the same dilemma I'm in? I need help... :cry:

OMG! I think my translated PAC also had two different dates on it. On the Date 03/ April/ 2014 but below with the accreditation # 06/ April 2014 was written. How do you solve the problem? How can I rectify it? I'm already in the queue.😒

Hi guys! I need help for this one. For those who have previously worked in Saudi Arabia. Because I have received a feedback from NMC regarding the Translation of my Saudi Certificate. It says "The English translation of your Saudi Registration Certificate contains two different dates for registration (7.12.13 and 8.12.13). We require a new translation which gives the correct registration date". these two dates can be seen in my certificate Dec 7 is the one in the upper right hand corner of the cert near the logo while the latter is my registration date Dec 8 which is in the lower left corner of the page. I don't know how to go about with this one. does anyone here knows what is the date on the upper part of the page for?

Hello! I don't know if this could help but I also worked in Saudi & already exited. I just had my DL this week. I only send them a blank verification form and an updated SCFHS Good Standing. I guess the assessor already know that if you already out of the country the verification will be hard. Another I provided them a copy of my exit visa, final exit stamp translated in English & Police Clearance. But before sending those documents I e-mail NMC with my case that I cannot process verification in Saudi, and when they reply they allow me to send those and akso an explanation why I sent a blank verification. In effect that announcement from SCFHS is not that necessary.

hi good day everyone! Do you have any idea how to contact saudi commision for health services? CGFNS require me to validate my license from saudi arabia and send it directly from them. i dont know where to start so if anyone already did this before can you please help me? i need contact number or email of SCFHS. thank you.

hai, I have worked in Saudi many years before,.I left Saudi in 2007. Now I am processing my papers for NMC UK registration. MY registration card was expired an year after I left,so I Did not bothered about it. Now no idea about my registration and nmc asking for it.Did any one know how to ask a registration certificate from Saudi council. I have worked in ABHA,MUHAYIL. where can I apply. Is it only one council for Saudi.

If anyone know ,please help.
