Verification of License from Saudi Arabia

Hi everyone! I am currently waiting for my CES (Credentials Evaluation Service) report from CGFNS so I can go ahead and apply for licensure here in Tx. CGFNS already received all the requirements except this VOL (Verification of License) from Saudi Arabia. Last March 29,2015, when I called SCFHS (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) I was informed that they no longer process the VOL due to the large number of organizations outside KSA requesting them to fill up this forms. And that the Certificate of Good Standing which they currently issue via their website is valid and enough to verify the license. They also emailed me the announcement letter that says so. I called CGFNS the next day and informed them about it, I was told they are not aware of this matter and that they're going to investigate and see why SCFHS had stopped this process. So I waited, after a week I called them again and they responded that they are already aware of this problem and that they have people working on this matter and communicating with SCFHS. Until now they still tell me the same.

I stressed out the Certificate of Good Standing which CGFNS said they accept but it has to come directly from SCFHS. The problem now is when I called SCFHS, I was told that it is an automated process and that I have to register in their website, provide a valid email where they can send the certificate after payment. And that it is their only way to provide me the certificate as they don't and never send this certificates via a post mail. Now Im getting really sad about all this and don't know what to do next. Is anyone here in the same dilemma I'm in? I need help... :cry:

Can i get a copy of announcement letter from SCFHS (Saudi Council). My email is [email protected]. I am stuck with the Registration verification for NNAS. I need to attach that document as justification for NNAS. Please help me.

Hi guys, I'm having big problem with my SCFHS VOL, too. I've submitted my request last March 14, they gave me reference number, I followed it up several times, but just this morning the custumer care agent called and informed me that I am blocklisted. I asked her how come I am blocklisted, I didnt do anything wrong. In fact, I have an active license until 2019. Also, I have an active mumaris account, I have also verified it to their web account and found my SCFHS ID number valid. She cannot tell me the exact reason saying that she is just the call agent in SCFHS. I dont know what to do really. I'm losing hope. By the way, I submitted my request along with the 150SAR receipt, copy of my valid SCFHS ID and certificate. I didnt include a copy of my Good Ok maam Arn, current naman akong PRiority date, medical alang and interview ****************** certificate anymore. So, what might be the reason of my request status as claimed by that agent? If you happened to have same experienced with as I do pls feel free sharing it to me. And lastly, kindly send to me the said letter of announcement from SCFHS about the VOL issue at [email protected]. Thank you so much. God bless and more power. :)

They are processing the verification form. Some one has to personally go to Saudi Council office to process the verification form. Pay 150 SR in Saudi Council office. Don't try to sent by post or courier.

My license in Saudi has already been expired but the CGFNS still asking for VOL, i'm contacting the SCFHS nowadays but lines are busy, seems that they will maybe active after ramadan. I'm wondering if there is someone who can tell if SCFHS will do the VOL for me eve if my license is expired?

Please guide me on the processing of VOL in SAUDI as i am currently here in UAE, if there are any requirements and how it should be done.

Don't try to sent by post or courier. They will not respond to you properly if you contacting them through phone. someone has to go in personnel. Pay 150 SR in Saud Council office.

Hi! do you know what are the requirements if a friend of mine will go there and request/pay in my behalf, do i need to send her a special power of attorney?

Hi! do you know what are the requirements if a friend of mine will go there and request/pay in my behalf, do i need to send her a special power of attorney?

Take with you the following documents

1) Passport copy

2) Iqama Copy

3) good standing certificate

4) Two passport size photos

5) vol forms

After submit these documents and payment , they will say to come again after four weeks to collect the filled and stamped VOL Form. we need to come again to collect the VOL form from Saudi council. If somebody is going behalf of you, keep one requisition letter.

i'm no longer in Saudi Arabia and my good standing has expired already. My license also from Saudi Council has expired last year. Do you know what to do in my situation or should I contact the CGFNS for this matter?
