Hi everyone! I recently applied to an interview for a job position I would love as an RN. On Wednesday of this week I reached out to the nurse recruiter, who told me they would like to offer me the position. I emailed her back requesting the next steps in the process, to which I have not received a reply. I have other job interviews scheduled for next week and I would like to cancel them if I get a firm offer from the first hospital. In addition, the nurse educator told me at the interview that orientation begins on January 6th, so there is not much time with the holidays coming up. How should I go about determining if I truly have the position? Thank you in advance for any help!
Do as Nurse Beth says, and remember, it's the holidays, many folks are out, so you may not hear anything until a few days prior. It's crummy, I know...
