venting about scheduling...

June 21st I got my ATT, Sat there and looked at the dates available and chose July 5th. I thought well everyone says to do something fun and relaxing the day before the exam and figured it was perfect. I hit send and double checked that it showed up under appointments. Later that afternoon I got a email from google saying my account had been disabled due to fraud, it only took me 5 min to clear it up but I had not received ANY e-mails for that day.

Fast forward, I woke up this morning feeling as ready as I will ever be for the test, went online to triple check the date and it said there were no exams scheduled. I FREAKED out. I called the testing center, they confirmed that I was not scheduled and only offered me the number to pearsonvue to schedule it. The CS rep could not explain why I was no longer scheduled, tried to tell me that it was my fault that I had not pressed confirm. Could not offer me a date till the 12th. I had to ask if there were anything sooner, then he finally offered me Sat morning 8am. I am NOT a morning person... He could not offer me any reassurance that this would not happen again because he could not admit that there was a chance the glitch was on there side...

long story short, TRIPPLE check that you are scheduled, the CS reps are NOT helpful in any way.

OMG! The same thing happened to me!! I was pretty sure that I scheduled for 6/30th, the night before I wanted to triple check the address of the exam site and on my page it said no appointments scheduled. I had a breakdown and was told the same thing from the rep. SO I reluctantly scheduled for 7/11 the next available date....so frustrating
