All the tests throughout the program are multiple choice except 2 or 3 for pharmacology. They try to get you used to nclex style.

Can any past students tell me about Veebs snow policy. Last winter was brutal esp in Long Island its always worst there, did they make you come in during storms or notify you hours before school

Yep you still have to go to school unless they state otherwise. We missed 2-3 days and had several delayed openings. It is a clock hour program so every day you miss is 5 hours docked. If you miss more than 25 hrs per semester or two clinical days you will be dismissed from the program. They stress this a lot and a few people got cut because of hours. They don't care if there is a blizzard you have to be there. It sounds brutal but it is a reality check because when you a nurse and work in a hospital you still have to go to work. The hospital never closes so they repeatedly will stress the importance of hours and time management to you.
