VCU NA interview coming up. Yay!!!!

I know this thread was posted a few years ago, but I have an interview coming up at VCU NA program and would like some recent advice. If anyone has any advice on the interview process, if you still have to take the test afterwards or even how to prepare would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!! :nurse:

LWalker35, I haven't heard anything either. The waiting is a killer. I received my CCRN and PALS certification since the interview. So I have been in touch with the school and did get an email to fax my CCRN and PALS certification last week.

Waiting is seriously the worst... ugh. My friend last year got his acceptance phone call on Dec. 9th... so we still have a few more days.. right?! :) What campus did you apply for?

I am waiting eagerly as well. I also applied to Georgetown and am waiting to hear back from them. Anyone else heard from them?

We are all waiting eagerly. They did tell us by the end of the second week in December. Since the 1st of December fell in the middle of the week, it may be another week before we hear something. I am anxious every morning since last week. The waiting is worse than the whole application and interview process.

I applied for VCU- Richmond campus and Case Western. VCU is my first choice and really only choice because I don't think I did so well at the Case Western interview. I'm also thinking we have another week of waiting. Dec. 9th would be great. So your friend received a call not a letter or email?

I have actually had several friends get accepted at VCU and they all got phone calls. I applied for the Roanoke campus.

Well I am not from Virginia but applied for the Richmond campus, but I will go where ever they will accept me. The first time they called for the interview I was at work, didn't recognize the number but answered anyway. So now I got VCU's number saved in my phone.

I talked to Ms. Goodwin last week and she said that decisions will be made this week... so I'm not sure we'll hear this week or next. I'm anxiously waiting too!!! :D

Me too. Everyone on my job keep asking me if I heard anything. So I can't help but think about it.
