Hi guys! Vanderbilt's nurse residency program for Summer 2021 opened up yesterday. I'm starting this thread so we can all keep up with the process together! Who is applying?

I was thinking about applying to Tristar centennial, but I don’t know much about their hospital or program. What residencies have already been calling people that you know of?
HCA (Tristar Centennial, Skyline, etc.) has already made job offers to a couple people in my class. They're holding interviews right now. They're trying to snatch people up before they can interview at any of the other facilities in Nashville. I've been putting off interviewing with them because they make offers within a couple days of interviewing and you have to respond within 5 days.

I attached a list of references just in case but that’s it. They’re not looking at letters of recommendation this year so I wouldn’t worry about it unless you have to have one for another facility.

They asked similar questions, but not the exact same. I'm not sure if you can exit and come back to it. But you can re-record as many times as you want.

Yeah what @clparr96 said. There are 5 questions and the questions will come up one at a time. You have as much time as you need to think about your answer, and you can record whenever. The recording allows 3 minutes to answer and you can redo it as many times as you want. I don't think you can close it and come back later though after you start it. I could be wrong though.
