Vanderbilt Nurse Residency Program - Winter 2013

I just mailed off my packet to Vanderbilt today! I'm so nervous and really hoping to get an interview for this program. Adult Critical Care is my first choice. I graduated in May 2012 with my BSN from Washington State University. I thought it would be fun to start a thread for people applying for the Winter 2013 program.

Hoping to meet other people who are applying to this program.

She starts sometime in January... Shes from California and doesnt know anyone so Im sure she would LOVE to hear from you!

I just got my acceptance letter for the Women's Health track!!! I'm so excited and will be accepting. I'm from California and having a hard time wrapping my head around moving though. But the job market is so terrible out here especially for L&D/maternity. I think this is probably the best opportunity to start my career at an amazing top-ranked hospital in the specialty I love. Congrats to everyone who is hearing today!

I'm from Los Angeles. Just finished UCLA's masters entry program. Where are you from? It'll be interesting to figure out moving to Nashville - drive, fly, getting a moving company, etc. lots of decisions and planning before January!
