Anyone applying to VUMC's Nurse Residency Program that will be starting October 2016? The application opens in May!

If anyone from previous cohorts currently work there, any advice is welcome!

I just accepted a position on the adult oncology unit. I am moving from CA. I'm so excited to meet everyone and start this journey.

I also just accepted a position on one of the adult oncology units!! I'll be on the myelosupression/stem cell transplant unit! I am moving from NY, so I am looking for roommates as well- so excited for this to begin!!!

How helpful did you think the program was in general? I will be moving from far away and it will be a big cost financially and personally so if I do it I want to make sure that the experience is worth it for what I learn and how it helps my career. Thank you for your input!! And congrats on the new job!
