Nursing Students Post Graduate

Hi! I'm starting a thread for Fall 2018. Anyone else applying too? Please comment!

I went to an Open House as well in October

They just send me an e-mail about Financial Aid btw so I think they are just sending random e-mails.

They sent it to me too. Not sure what that means but when I applied last time I never got that.

Don't get me excited!

Guys, these last couple weeks are killer! How are you guys distracting yourself?

Hitting the gym, yoga and watching Grey's.... :D

Does anyone know how much tuition the PreSpecialty program is and then the second specialty portion?

Hey all!

I think it would be interesting to hear to where else everyone applied and how they are feeling about these MSN programs.

It would have been nice if Vanderbilt is offering a BSN after the completion of the PreSpecialty year. Without offering any degree, you're tied to this program until you finish the MSN portion.

Based on the financial aid they just sent out, for psych, it would be approx $123k for the whole 2 year full-time program, with an insurance waiver and no scholarships.

Not necessarily - you could work as an RN and go part-time for the Masters!

I'm loving all these self-care ideas :inlove:
