I realize everyone is anxious and they have been very nice about helping everyone that has called in, BUT have you all thought about how every time they have to answer the phone it keeps them from processing the letters?!!! Here's my understanding...they are currently processing letters & they will begin going out this week via U.S. mail. Once a letter goes out your online application status will change and you can go in & view your decision. I hope this helps.
Just called and found out that Nashville has been hit with an ice storm and they are working with a skeletal crew today. They told me once a decision has been made regarding my application, I will get an email stating there has been a change to my status page. At that point I can log into my online application and see the decision. So no need to call today!
Oh my goodness! I'm so ready to know!! So wait on an email for now?? They didn't give an indication of when the letters were coming? I'm a travel nurse and not at my house but have my parents on vigilant mail watch but it's icy there too and I don't know if they'll be able to make it to my house today to check.
I am a direct entry psych candidate, and submitted my app by the priority deadline. I called today and was told my application was still undecided...the receptionist said we would receive an email update when our status online was updated. I was hoping to have a decision by now, but it sounds like they are still working on it.

Hi All,
I haven't seen a thread yet with regards to the MSN Direct Entry to Vanderbilt. I applied for a priority look (Dec 1) for the FNP program. Is there anyone else out there who has applied? Looking at threads from last year, it looks like many applicants found out mid-February to early March, with the FNP candidates finding out last. I'm signed up to go to the open house March 1, but would really like to know if I've been accepted or not by then. Hope to hear from others that have applied so we can keep each other informed of any updates.
