I just spoke with Dr. Donaldson, the DNP director and she said I was still under review for both FNP and DNP and to give it another week. So the good news is I am not denied or waitlisted...yet Jennifer

What is everyone doing with their weekend to keep their minds off of Vanderbilt? I am recovering from surgery, so am not at work. Four loads of laundry and errands yesterday, and then my inlaws arrived from Michigan last night. Today: church, the McNay museum in San Antonio then out to dinner. Then tomorrow I can start to obsess again. Jennifer

I haven't found any postMasters or DNP applicants to compare notes with...anyone? Bueller??

Tracytracy- who did u talk to? Does direct entry mean you have a bsn or msn?

Wanted to add: I wish their admission cycle was different. I also applied to Vanderbilt, which I believe has a deposit deadline of late April or May. I would like to know all my options before having to send someone $$.!

I applied for the FNP program (postmaster's) for Fall 2014.

I applied to the FNP program as a PostMaster's plus DNP. I talked to Dr. Reeves yesterday, the FNP program director. She said it could be a couple more weeks. I have to be reviewed by both programs, maybe that's the reason for the delay. I am getting rather impatient, though!
