Valencia Traditional Track Nursing Fall 2017

Hi everyone,

I recently applied for VCC,s Traditinal Track for Fall of 2017. I submitted my application about a week before the deadline (May 15). Now I'm just playing the waiting game, wondering if anyone is on the same boat. Meanwhile, we can share with each other our scores and such to see what the application pool is looking like, share positive words/advice and hopefully be in the same class together this fall! 😊

My overall GPA: 3.94

Science: 4.0

Teas: 75.3

Hello, I applied for fall 2017 as well. However, I don't think I'll get in for the upcoming term. I'm a transfer student and had to turn in my application 2 days after the priority deadline due to transcript processing.

Hi! I applied for this program along with the concurrent program May 4th. I'm so anxious to hear back! Last year's fall applicants got their acceptance letters June 17th so hopefully we'll hear back around the same time (or sooner :D).

Overall GPA: 3.71

Science prereq GPA: 3.5

Nonscience prereq: 4.0

TEAS: 86.7

What are your scores and GPA like? and which day was the priority deadline exactly? What is the difference between applying within that timeframe and not?

GPA overall 3.89

Science GPA 4.0

Non science 4.0

TEAS-72

The deadline was May 15th but I applied on the 17th. The ones that apply before May 15th are more likely to get into the upcoming term.

I went to an info session and they said as long as you meet the requirements, you're in.

I hope you get in despite the priority deadline. I'm so anxious, everyday I try to get my mind off of it. I hope we hear from them soon. To which email do they send you updates?
