I just remember that I dont have none of my immunizations records does that mean that I have to get all those shots again.

did you guys get your orientation package via email or mail

Hi!

I got the orientation package on my email. If you have an email address I can forward it to you. It has a lot of info. I had to show my vaccine records to the physician doing the physical so that she could fill in the information on the "Health & Physical Form" given by Valencia. I think you have to be able to either provide the records, get the shots, or have labtests proving that you are immune to the diseases. I had to pay $189 in Centra Care, but I did not have to get all the vaccines. Regarding the deadlines, the orientation letter says that we have to do the background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening by 12/ 9. I hope this helps :) .

hey Femlatina, I have receive all the Orientation package through my atlas email, it has all the information you need to do before orientation on November 18. the fingerprint and background check is $ 161 plus immunization stuff. I was suppose to start summer 2012 but i got lucky !!! and will start early.

I got my physical and my titer in my doctors office my insurance paid for it. If you have insurance see if your doctor can do it.

Has anyone started the background check with "Certified Profile"? I noticed that there was not a nursing group for January 2012 when I signed up. I had to choose August 2011...

I dont remember but I think I add January 2012. I cant check if you find out where to look let me know so that I can look into that. I dont think that matters

They added "Jan 2012 Generic" like few days later after they send out the orientation package. Check it again Jasmin_sunset.
