Valencia College Spring 2020 applicants

Hey everyone! I just applied to the Valencia college traditional ASN nursing program. Hoping to start Spring of 2020. Just wanted to create this thread for those of us who are applying right now after summer semester. Supposed to hear back 6-8 weeks from now. Let’s update each other with our acceptance letters and any questions we may have during the wait ?

Hey there! I applied for the traditional day time and evening one (still deciding on which schedule works best for me). I turned in my application on the 1st but didn’t get my application confirmation until the 20th because I paid for my application fees online (which was apparently a big mistake ?). Anyway, here’s to hoping there’s still room for us in the Spring!

Same here, I applied on the second and just got confirmation that they received it today (aug 20th). I paid in person on the 3rd and applied for both as well. From previous posts we should be hearing back end of October. Hopefully sooner!

Hello all! I applied and reviewed confirmation on August 20th. I applied only for the night program, Kate told me it was easier to get into plus it works well with my schedule! Wishing y'all the best of luck! Hoping we'll find out by Halloween!

This is the longest September of my entire life!!!!!!!! ? I just want to be in October already so we could at least be in the same month of when we get our acceptance emails!

Based on previous threads I saw that decision letters/emails were sent around October 22 - 28th. So I'm hoping to have a decision letter by October 28th. ??

The decisions for the SSC concurrent program are already out so this time frame kinda sucks for people like me who were waiting to hear from Valencia. Now I don't really get to have a preference- I'm either all in with SSC or crossing my fingers with Valencia....I hope everyone gets into their program of choice though!!!

Are you able to wait before you accept your seat for SSC?
