I have been patiently waiting for my acceptance letter to the Valencia ASN Spring 2018 program. Anyone receive theirs yet?????

I wish I had applied earlier! :( Cannot believe I have to wait another 5 months!!!! Patience is the key now... any of you planning on applying for financial aid?

From my understanding you'll get information on when/how to register for classes during orientation.

I talked with an advisor the other day. She told me that registration usually will be at end of Nov or Dec 1st. Does anyone know if financial aid pays for uniforms?

Hey. Just wondering how everything has been preparing to start school. Let me know any suggestions you have for me as I am anxiously awaiting hearing about the summer session. Good luck!

I suggest you start saving alotttt of money unless you get pell grants lol (the uniforms are costly as well). Got to have a plain watch, stethoscope, white shoes. Get cpr certified, get your immunizations/have them up to date ahead of time like mmr, rubella (can't rmbr them all) but google nursing immuniza, i'm sure schools ask for the same ones.They keep stressing dosages and the the book bc apparently its a big chunk of our grade."calculating dosages safely a dimensional analysis approach"get a head start and just review it now, its not a big book either. you can also go view the books at the bookstore just ask for nurs 1 bundle. ask me how my life is a month from now lol
