VA Nurse II Proficiency Assistance

I've been at the VA for three years and have 14-years of Nursing Experience. I completed my BSN last year but was denied my RN II during my past evaluation. I'm preparing my Proficiency Evaluation for another attempt; however this is a very frustrating process. I’ve taken on Charge Nurse Duties, served as a nurse preceptor, and joined several committees.

Would someone who was successful in the process be willing to share their Proficiency to help me identify what they're looking for?

Every facility is different. VA likes to see what you've done to improve self (N1), the unit (N2), and the facility (N3).  We have RNs who have over 30 years and are still a Nurse 1.  Focus on the 9 dimensions of Nursing.
