I've been at the VA for three years and have 14-years of Nursing Experience. I completed my BSN last year but was denied my RN II during my past evaluation. I'm preparing my Proficiency Evaluation for another attempt; however this is a very frustrating process. I’ve taken on Charge Nurse Duties, served as a nurse preceptor, and joined several committees. Would someone who was successful in the process be willing to share their Proficiency to help me identify what they're looking for?

SubieRN, Thank you for your response. I've joined committees and worked on group projects. I feel like my problem is expressing these activities in the proficiency dimensions (specifically the impact portion). I'm hoping some examples , would help me to better accomplish this. Thank you for the example....
