Hi all! Glad to have this platform! I have a question for anyone who that has had to go through HPMP in VA. I have a consent order that says if I enroll in HPMP that no action will be taken. My question is, if I don’t want to go through HPMP, will I just lose my license or will legal action be filled against me with the public city courts? Thanks!
Will criminal charges be filed against me is what I was trying to ask. It has been almost 2 years since diversion and I’ve never heard any mention of possible criminal charges.

There is no way to really tell. If you meat with an investigator and give details it is more likely. I heave heard varying stories and there seems to be no consistency with who gets charged and who doesn't. Also, you may have a warrant and not know about it because they always won't try and find you. I had one friend where they were pulled over for a traffic ticket had been in hpmp for 2 years and there was a warrant.
Oh Wow. I’ve moved forward since I posted this, letting go of things I can’t control. It would definitely be something special to find out I have a warrant out for my arrest though.

In my county you can view warrants online.
I do atleast once a month, probably over paranoid but most people don't seem to have an issue from my experience with diversion in VA HPMP.
