If you are a repeat test taker I recommend UWORLD 100% it is the reason (along with God and constant prayer) that I passed. I completed ALL but 500 questions with an average of 58%. I also bought the Nclex Mastery app but honestly I did not use it nearly as much as I did UWorld, however the questions for these two apps are very comparable in my opinion to the NCLEX-RN. I averaged 53% using NCLEX-mastery but I only completed about a 1,000 questions on this app, the Mnemonics are great btw. I honestly tried to focus on reading every rationale, right or wrong (which in my opinion is key). I also never took long exams the most questions I would do at a time was 5-10. This was my way of not tiring myself and I was able to read all rationales without begin to tired after a lengthy exam. I tired to do between 50-100 questions a day. Oh and the Pearson Vue trick worked for me, I tested on 11 June 2016 (Saturday) waited until 13 June 2016 to do the Pearson Vue trick, entered my information, including my card number (I used a real card because I just knew I had failed) Hit Submit and to my surprise I got the Good Pop up (Our records indicate you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time) I tired this 3x because I couldn't believe my eyes. My card was never charged after hitting submit. The First time and second time I tested fro the NCLEX-RN I was always charged the $200 fee so of course I knew I had failed those times. So it def is accurate. I couldn't sleep so I decided to check my name, which was a long shot because CA says it could take 2-4 weeks for results (we do not have quick results) but I literally just saw my name & license # on the CA Breeze system. I'm beyond happy. So do not be discouraged, know that when it is your time you will be victorious, just do the work and no matter the outcome stay focused. BTW I walked out of the exam just knowing I had failed the computer shut off around question 160-162 and I literally only had 12 SATA (which I felt I got ALL wrong) I had Tons of Infection Control and Prioritization, I remember only one med of which I did not know (I guessed), the rest are all a blank at this point. Good luck to everyone and God Bless! :)

does uworl nclex rn cover all the content you need to know?
I personally did not use it as a content refresher. The questions are quite difficult so it does teach you content if you read each rationale (right and wrong) you are sure to increase your knowledge (which is the goal). UWorld in my opinion prepares you for how you should be thinking when taking the NCLEX and answering questions. However, if you are nervous about content or feel you need to brush up on things my suggestions would be Hurst ($300+ I think) or a Saunders book (cheapest route). You have to know content in order to pass the NCLEX because high level passing questions require you to think critically and having a strong content base definitely helps with that. Best of luck to you :)
