UWF FNP Spring 2022

Published

Anyone heard yet from UWF for Spring 2022?

I am excited and getting nervous.  The way the classes are this semester it will be two at any given time which is doable.  How are you feeling? @dbitrn

Excited. I Havnt seen any type of schedule yet. My kids are teens so it should be doable. They don’t drive yet though so I’m like their personal Uber.

A group would probably be very helpful for questions and support along the way. So far it’s just us two?

I do not have any kids. You? What specialty nursing do you currently do?

Would I be able to join this group!

Hello, I am applying for the Fall 2022 track, but I am tempted to apply for the Summer track. How is your first semester going? Do you like the program? When does clinical rotation start?

Specializes in PACU.

Hello. I actually love the program. I’m glad this is the school I chose. The first semester is going good. I will say I stay quite busy, but it’s very doable. I work three days a week and shuffle my kids around. Clinicals should be starting next year I think fall 2023 if I’m right. If not it was Spring. I do need to locate clinical sites and I have not done that yet. I heard it could be difficult so I’m going to try my best. Reach out if you need anything

Thank you for responding. I read the courses are completely online besides clinical. Have you had to come into class at all? Also do you have to look for your own clinical sites?

Specializes in PACU.

Yea all online. You do not need to go in and you have to look for your own sites.
