UTMB Summer 2018

I just wanted to start a group for those applying to UTMB nursing summer 2018 start! I didn't see a thread and figured there was some of us who could use one!

I have already taken my teas and will be submitting my application soon! This would be a great place for us to compare timelines and answer any questions I'm sure we all have! I look forward to hearing from other applicants.

Did anyone else receive their supplemental app?

@Gabby77510 i received my supplemental app on tuesday and submitted it on thursday! i'm still waiting on an email for the mystar stuff though

Did you print it out and sign the last page or does it let you do it electronically?

if you submit your payment online then you don't need to print it out!

Hey guys! My goal was to apply to utmb summer 2018. I recently took my TEAS again and my english did not come out as i expected; one question away from making a 60%.

Reading: 80.9%

Math: 84.4%

Science:78.7%

English: 58.3%

Total: 76.7%

Utmb requires 60% for each section.

I am not sure if i should just go ahead and try to apply, or wait for Fall 2018. Any suggestion guys?

You can retake just the english portion of the TEAS. I don't think they will consider you if you don't meet the requirements...

Hi guys I am applying to the Summer 2018 semester. I am a little confused on the UTMB application process. I have taken my TEAS and only have Chemistry and Nutrition to take in the Fall. If I am to submit my application tomorrow through NursingCAS will that leave me enough time to get in the supplemental application?

I applied for Spring 2018, and I submitted my app on the LAST day to submit it and i got my supplemental 3 days after and my MyStar info a few more days after that. I know people who got their supplemental a week or two after they submit it. Not a big deal.

i wonder if it would be acceptable to have a 59.6 in science but 80 overall on the TEAS?
