UTMB Spring 2014 Applicants

The application process has just gotten under way for UTMB spring admission. Has anyone taken the TEAS tests? Any helpful hints on getting a high score?

well both school will cost the same, UTMB will require me to move somewhere closer to the campus because I tend to prefer group studies more than individual study. I can see now that most nights will be late nights, the commuting will be hard for me due to lack of sleep, etc. Also I have to consider my family financials with it... parents are getting older so i have to worry about the bills at home too. Overall its best for me to stay in houston because if any issue arise from home i know it will only take me 15 mins to get there compared to an hour and a half.

I had several friends that went there. It's a great school too. Commuting is a pain. Luckily I live in Alvin so it's not to far. I am waiting on my response. I had my interview on Wednesday at 1. I hope to hear from them sooner then 2-3 weeks! This waiting is killing me!! Good luck to you at TWU!

UT health will have all of their acceptances sent out. I accepted UTMB's offer though and I like their program better the only problem is the distance, but if there is a will there's a way!

Will power got me this far. Hopefully I get into the program and we could become class mates. I live in Alvin so I'm use to driving every where. You will get use to the drive.

I started mine on the 11. Be prepared to pay 107 dollars! :( I'm going to get drug tested next week

How long after the interview did you receive your acceptance letters?

It's 107 for the drug test and background check together. I had my interview the 31st of October and they sent me my acceptance email on the 5th of November. So it was pretty fast.

I had my interview on October 30th and found out Nov 5th.
