Who here is applying for it?

Btw, there is the ATI TEAS entrance exam for FALL 2010.

Anyone taken it yet?

I can't seem to find the registration for it in the atitesting.com.

Yeah it is so hard to tell based on rank and NCLEX passing rates. For example, UT Austin is ranked highest in the state for their school, yet they definitely don't have the highest pass rates. I actually ended up finding the statistics for 2008 and 2009 (it just wasn't on their website) but it appears that each year it fluctuates per school. Each year the school with the highest pass rates changes and there are new bills being passed that allow more funding for nursing schools in Texas. But I agree with Jocelyn, I have had a much better experience with UTMB than anywhere else, I don't feel like a number to them. It also has great tuition and you have more choices for where you do your clinicals.

I just recieved mine... it took a lot of emails to different people to get it!

Michelle, when did they let u know that u were accepted? You just had you interview not to long ago right?

I received the option to accept or decline on econnect about 3 days after the interview. I received the packet on Friday.

Hello everyone, I just completed the whole application process for Spring 2011 (UTMB) and would like some advice since most of you have already gone through this same process. How long di it take UTMB to provide you with an e-connect ID after you submitted everything? Also, how long did it take for UTMB to respond for an interview etc.. One more thing please ... anyone outhere living in Houston going to UTMB? how is that working with the commuting and all? I will really appreciate some advice....

Well first of all congrats on turning in all your paperwork. I submitted my information on Feb.15th and I didn't hear anything about an interview until May. I received my econnect login information around mid April. UTMB's process is very slow and at times unorganized, but it's worth it because it is a very good school. Just hang in there. I live in Pasadena/La Porte area and I will be driving to UTMB.

You can wait until UTMB sends you information regarding your E-Connect user and password. I emailed the enrollment services and they gave me the username and password. Good luck!
