I can't seem to find the registration for it in the atitesting.com.

I was accepted for Fall 2010. I read a few threads and want to know, what is going on with the Patho class at San Jac? Will you receive full credit with UTMB? I want to also get a jump on things for the Fall. Anything that will lighten the load is great.

San jac central is offering a 3 week mini patho class it's online and go in just for tests. Yes you get the full 3 hr credits. I have the syallabus for it...i can email it to you but rather not put my Email on here.... Have u joined our facebook page?

A lot of people, myself included, chose to take the patho class at San Jac because UTMB requires an extra 3 hours of science and patho is one of the only science classes offered that does not include a lab. If you do have an extra biology though, you do not need to take patho.

As far as UTMB excepting it, yes. It is not considered a nursing course and I believe we will all still need to take a patho/pharm class during our first semester.

I was being nosy and looking at this to say i was in your shoes 5 months ago! And i got in but here's a few things to help you, UTMB offers CPR for students for free --http://www.utmb.edu/edlab/Fee.htm So i would contact them even though y'all arent official students yet.

*Dont buy 3-5 pair of burnt orange scrubs yet, You only wear them once a week starting the 4th week of class. They are only for clinicals. I have just one pair and they are lovely- i got them at the bookstore

*You dont need those grandma nursing shoes till that week also

*Pda software-- the only ones you need for the 1st semester is Nursing diagnosis, Medical dictionary and med reference. If you are tight on money...

*My admission process was SLOOOOOOOOOOW, but so worth it. Call the school if you wanna, but they are doing pinning ceremonies and graduations so its gonna be kinda slow.

If we want to do the CPR through them will we need to wait for our UTMB ID? It says on that site that we need it to get the discounted price. If we wait until we get our ID will it be too late? If not thats amazing!

Hi everyone I am new to this site my interview was April 12 and I just got accepted. I also wanted to let everyone know that my aunt works for the american red cross and she is a cpr instructor and she is willing to teach anyone who wants to. Let me know if anyone is interested

Welcome and Congrats Mandy90. I did not know they kept interviewing till the 12th of April. I thought the last date of interview was the 29th of March. I interviewed on the 29th and I have not gotten a rejection or acceptance letter. Has your status on econnect changed? My status on Econnect was pending before but now it doesn't say anything. Do you know if that means I have been rejected? Who has gotten a denial, what did the letter or status on econnect say?

No, nothing else is missing. There is nothing where the pending was. It just says

Application Status Program: Nursing Generic Term: Fall 2010

Chozendaish-one of the girls status changed to nothing from pending too and she received her rejection letter Friday.
