i got waitlisted for fall 2015, but didn't see anything about conditional acceptance for spring 2016. it also mentioned that a spot for summer 2015 may open up until a week before orientation. does anyone know what this means? i feel like i don't even have a chance at getting in since i didn't get the conditional acceptance. D: goodness, this is so stressful.

You are probably one of the first to get off the wait list, so they don't need to give you conditional acceptance for 2016.

So if you received a conditional acceptance for Spring 2016 you're lower on the wait list than those that didn't receive a conditional acceptance for Spring 2016?

@snwokocha Honestly, I wouldn't think so. I would think that if they gave you the conditional acceptance, you were higher on the waitlist. That's just my opinion though! I hope we all get pulled from the waitlist so we can start this journey sooner! :)

I was thinking the same thing. I think that if they gave us a conditional acceptance we are higher up. They obviously want us there and since/if they can't find open spots for us in the Fall they are letting us come in the next semester when there is room.

Hey, guys. I know I am joining VERY late but I also have been waitlisted for the fall with a CONDITIONAL acceptance. Can someone be as kind as to explain to me exactly what CONDITIONAL entails? I've called twice and they kind of just beat around the bush when I ask. Does that mean that if we DON'T get pulled from the waitlist, we have a FOR SURE spot in spring? I need to find out ASAP so I can figure out my current situation with school. If someone can, can they call as well? lol I'm so scared of annoying them. Thanks again.

Conditional means that they have accepted you, seeing that you have completed all of the pre-reqs and program requirements. So, you've been accepted based on your stats this far but your acceptance can be taken away if you do not have all of the requirements finished by the time class starts.
