Has anybody applied to the fall 2019 NP program at UTMB ?

When did you submit your application and have you heard anything from them yet?

and what track did you apply to?

Just wanting to connect with people because this wait is killing me !! ?

I applied to the ACNP before the new June 1 deadline. Has anyone heard back from this new deadline extension? I just paid for my supplemental application yesterday! Does everyone get the supplemental or just to those who are likely to get accepted (dumb question).

i’m not sure. what i was told is the ACNP is a smaller class than FNP. they accept 45 but will take up to 50 per year.

Did you receive it yesterday? I got accepted too. I wonder how they screen applicants, I am a foreign educated RN and I had low expectation when I submitted my application in May.

I have to say I was pretty shocked myself. I got accepted into an FNP program somewhere else and wasn’t counting on this acceptance. I’m so excited!!!! And yes I got the acceptance yesterday.

Any Facebook group out there for AGACNP starting this Fall? Also, do we have to do anything for the background check? Like get fingerprints or anything? On Castlebranch it has my confirmation, but do they just send everything automatically or what?
