UTMB BACC2 Spring 2012

I turned in my application yesterday (Saturday) and took my TEAS this past Friday. I was super nervous but I'm pretty happy with how my score turned out. I studied for three weeks solid before I finally took the test! Just for everyone's information, the study guide that ATI published was definitely worth purchasing. It helped a lot and the review was fairly thorough.
All that's left is for me to send in my transcript, which I plan on doing this week. All I received was the email that said correspondence would be forthcoming in 3-5 business days so I am hoping to receive something next week. Is the correspondence going to include our login information?

I turned in my application just a few days after it became available and I just now got my MyStar log-in. I had to keep getting after the school to get it. I hope you don't have issues like me. The correspondence should include your log-in, but like I said I never got the email, I had to get it from them via phone.

I'm new to this site. I've already applied to UTMB for both BACC 2 and the generic spring 2012. They just emailed my star info which has my outstanding documents etc

I received it right after I posted that comment. My login information came in a series of three emails. Now I am just waiting for them to show that they received my transcript. Also, they haven't received my TEAS test scores yet and I took them last Friday. I plan on calling them tomorrow just to see if they received them. From past threads I gathered that you kind of have to be on them in order to make sure they have your stuff together since they seem to be all over the place, lol.

Does anyone know what "active" and "initiated" mean under status in our MyStar to do items?

Is there a place to find out what they DO have?

I applied to UTMB and my application was NEVER sent to the nursing school. I dont know whats going on over there.

Carlis..I had a problem with my application as well. They were saying that their system was messed up and having trouble locating my application. I called them for almost a week and yesterday I finally received my MYSTAR login. So continue to call to figure out what is going on.

I stopped calling the general enrollment number bc it would just ring. Try calling ****** she is the Enrollment Services Specialist. She will be able to help you with any question you have. I have called her several times and she always gets things done. Hope this helps.

Hey everyone!

I sent in my application just in time for the June 15th deadline and can't wait to hear back. Does anyone know how long it will take to hear back?

If I hear back early enough I may move down there early and take my final pre-req down there!

So I wrote Dora to see exactly how many students will be accepted. For the accelerated 70 and 120 for traditional. She has not received the final application count yet, but she did say they typically admit 1 of every 5 applicants.

Hi, my name is Karina. Does anyone have an interview scheduled yet? I'm getting worried because my application status still states my application is incomplete, but I spoke to admissions and they said not to worry because they have everything they need from me.
