UTMB Accelerated BSN Summer 2013

The application opened for this program just opened the other day, and I wanted to see if I could reach out to anyone else applying!

I've submitted my application, and took the TEAS V Test this morning!

I graduated Texas A&M with a Biology Degree this year and during completion of this degree I realized Nursing is where I want to be! Hope to hear from others!

i know that, however my teas score is horrible, veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy bad ....but thanks for trying to boost my confidence :)

Well the good thing about UTMB is that they look at the student as a whole. Not juts grades. I would give them a call. It can't hurt!

I received my acceptance by email and I'm super happy! Any idea if we can postpone the acceptance cause I'm waiting to hear from another school and they don't send out letters until March..

Congrats! I have no idea. I know they wanted to have everyone admitted by March 1st, and will register students for classes in April. I'm sure they want people to accept as soon as possible so they know how many spots are left available for other applicants. You should double check on if you can postpone.

I still did not get any reply...it means I m not accepted ???i really dont want to bug the lady, she is very nice, she told me I have to wait to wait until March 1st....anybody has an idea on how many people applied ? accepted ? Thank you

Supposably around 300 applied and they accept 70. I had an interview, but have not heard anything since. Anyone else been accepted?

I had one of the first interviews and still have not heard anything back yet! I read on this feed a while back that if you still have access to mystar it means you haven't been denied they just haven't made a decision yet?

I can still log into my mystar but my student center wont load (maybe the server is down?) so I don't know if my status has changed yet..I had my interview last Tuesday :/ But I can click on The student admissions tab and it has an option to "accept admission" and then I try to click on it and it wont load either!! Does everybody have this tab option as a default?

The server is probably down so I would just call and give a verbal acceptance since mystar isnt working. Does anybody know if a facbook page for the class has been made yet?!

Congrats! Did mystar change today for you? Still nothing on my end. Had an interview the last week in January. Starting to lose a little faith at this point.
