UTHSCSA Traditional BSN Fall 2013

Hi everybody, I didn't see a thread for the Fall 2013 Traditional BSN, so I decided to start one! Who else is applying? I am currently waiting for my final transcripts to arrive to NursingCAS, UTSA was closed until Jan. 2nd (that is when they finally sent the transcripts) and I am a little bit worried that they are not going to make it in time for tomorrow's deadline! I am basically stalking the NursingCAS portal every hour at this point :(

Congratulations!! I wasn't expecting to hear anything until next week. I haven't received anything yet but hopefully I'll find something out soon!

My last name starts with a B, so maybe that's why I heard so soon! I didn't expect it so soon either!

I got my acceptance email around 3 and my last name starts with c.

I received my acceptance email today also. I'm beyond excited and look forward to starting class in the fall. Let the fun begin.

I don't know you guys, but last night I had major insomnia! I spent hours trying to get as much stuff accomplished as I could (appointment for fingerprints, transcripts, fill out all the forms). I need to relax but I can't! LOL

Not a whole lot of posts for fall 2013. I went up to the school a few days ago to pay my seat fee and was told that

just under 300 applied and 200 of those did not get in. I'm glad the standards were not lowered.

So that is why the application deadline was extended, it will be interesting to see how many students actually

get to start with us in the fall.

Hey guys!

I was accepted into the FALL 2013!! woo!! I just joined allnurses as well and I am trying to see who else got in, maybe start a facebook page? I think it would be good to help get to know each other and help each other out through this process
