Has anyone taken the TEAS Test yet???

I havent' taken my TEAS yet ... just wondering when and where can i take it at -.-

Hey all! I have applied to the spring 2014 traditional nursing program and have been following this thread. I got an email yesterday saying that I should receive a supplemental application. I called the admissions office and they said I should receive it sometime today. I'm so excited!!! I've seen that all people in the past that meet admissions requirements are offered acceptance, does that mean we're in???

I got mine too! I got a D in my freshman English class (first year problems) and I haven't taken History 2 lol I wonder if they'll make a fuss about those two courses? I scored high on my TEAS and have made mostly As and Bs on all my courses. Guess I'll have to contact them about it and if anything I'll just test out of those courses.

Hi everyone,

I got my supplemental appication today too. I really dont' what to do since my TEAS score is not that high, but my GPA is okie. I just found out that i got accepted in SAC. Honestly, i din't put any hope on UTHSCS after i took my TEAS. And now ...after i got my supplemental application .....i was like ...... O.O seriously??? What does it mean ???? What do i have to do O.O

Hey guys! My name is Frank and I applied to the Traditional BSN Spring 2014 semester also! I just received the supplemental app earlier today as well. Do we print out the residency pages and fax them?

Everyone should post their Science/math gpa, overall gpa, and TEAS scores so we kind of know where we stand lol

My science/math GPA: 3.67

Overall GPA: 2.68 (not that great but thankfully it only counts for 10%)

TEAS score: 80

Ur average score is 82.43 (including with 1% of the app question) just guessing

Not the best GPA but hopefully it is good enough, we will see....

I have a question about the essay questions. In the supplemental app, it says the response is limited to the space provided in the text box. The text box allows me to type pretty much an unlimited amount of characters....(I held down a letter for a suuper long time). I dont want to go over the amount by continuing to type past the area showing in the box. Do they mean that our response should only be enough to fill up the area showing in the text box? Does anyone else have this problem?

Also about someones question about the signature on the Residency questionnaire, I think you should be able to print it out, sign it, scan it, and save it as a pdf doc, then email it back. If I am wrong, someone please let me know how to complete signing pg otherwise.

Hey nursingapplicant2014,

First of all I think you have pretty good shot at getting in! As far as the supp app I noticed that too on the textbox lol I erased some of it until the letters were back to their original size. I'm not sure how much we can write but I only wrote to the point before the letters start shrinking. I printed out, signed, and faxed the residency questionnaire. The lady emailed me back today saying she got everything and that they'll send admission letters via email August 21-30!

For essay 1, what happens if u havent ever had volunteer
