Hello! So I had seen threads started for past classes and didn't see one yet for the Fall of 2014 class, so I figured I would start one. So let me introduce myself. My name is Will Long, I am a 27 years old male and I am applying for UTHSCSA's Traditional BSN program for the Fall of 2014. I have started my application and have signed up to take the TEAS test next Friday. I am pretty excited about finally being able to apply after finishing up all the pre-reqs. Anyways I was hoping this thread could be used a source of information and a place to ask each other questions throughout the application process. Anybody else out there applying? Have you already taken your TEAS test?
Hi guys, I've been accepted to but I would like to decline since I'm starting this summer at UT-Houston instead. Does anyone know how to decline? I don't see any link for me to and I want to open up my spot for someone else ASAP. Congrats to everyone, I know we've all worked hard to be here and we were like a small sub-internet family. I'm so happy for all you guys, I know y'all are super excited about it! This thread is so much better than the one for the program I decided on. I hope my classmates are as neat as you guys!
I just replied to the email by thanking them and then respectfully declining. I received an email back right away stating that they had a large wait list and that letting them know early would fasten the pace and make someone's day. I'm extremely happy for that. Congrats again and good luck everyone.
