I know it's early, but I wanted to start a thread for those of us planning to apply to UTHSC for the Summer 2015 session. I am hoping to go the Pacesetter route. I currently have a degree in Communications and I'm finally able to change careers and follow my dream. I'm a high-school teacher that will be resigning in June when the school year ends. I have a lot of prereqs already taken, but have a few to go, as well. I'm currently taking Intro to Pscyh online, will take Lifespan in May, and Intro to Soci and and A&P I & II over the summer.

Hey, does anyone know how long we have to get our immunization stuff and/or drug test done? I know it says "immediately" for the immunizations, but I have to get a couple of titers done.
I don't know, but hopefully they send out info soon because it does take time to get test results from titers, drug test, and your BON cleared blue card. I have them all completed because I was an alternate last application process and we still had to complete everything the people who got accepted did in case they chose us last minute. But the BON blue card took a few weeks to get back in the mail, get health insurance, etc. and the HEB B vax is a series of vax that you can't speed up the process for.... and considering summer semester starts in a couple of months... this should be interesting...I don't want to be running around like a mad person trying to get these things done and trying to find/buy books, etc.

What's a BON blue card? I haven't seen anywhere on their site where that is mentioned. I imagine they allow for the time it takes, otherwise they would have mentioned it sooner...
