I've been accepted as well! Do yall know if there is a UTHSC nursing student facebook page or anything? I'm in the process of looking for roommates/apartments and do not know where to start!
Congrats on getting in! Can't wait to meet y'all!

Congratulations!!!
:) idk if there is a Facebook page or not yet but I guess we could always make one! Are you all doing the Accelerated BSN?
Hi everyone! I checked to see if there was a Facebook group and I didn't see one for us. I'll make one and call it UTHSC Nursing - Class of Fall 2018. I'll let you guys know when it's ready and see if I can share the link here.
I can help give advice on housing if you have any questions. I have lived all over Memphis since I moved here so I'm pretty familiar with the livability and price range of different areas. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone!!
***Updated to add group link***
Email me at [email protected] if you have any issues.
Multiple people interviewed me. They asked what made me want to pursue nursing, what motivates me, what my strengths and weaknesses are. I can't remember what else.
So far I am enjoying the program. The semesters are broken into 10 week blocks. The first 10 weeks for the first semester were very test heavy and there was a lot of material to learn. During the second 10 weeks, we started clinicals. I just started the second semester on 1/2 so we'll see how this semester goes.
I know this is old, but I am hoping to hear back from y'all! I have applied to UTHSC for fall of 2019. They have now condensed the program from 17 months to 12 months and have also made it a requirement that you have previously earned a bachelors degree. Any tips for me granted I am accepted into the program?
