Hi everyone! I did not find a thread for fall 2015 UTHSC applicants so I decided to create one, sorry if there is already one. I am going to be applying to Prairie View A&M, UTHSC, and Lone Star College (with UTHSC being my first choice). My current stats are:
Science GPA: 4.0
Overall GPA: 3.9
I am taking my Hesi test this Saturday. I'm fairly nervous about it so I'm studying non-stop until it's time to take the test.
I'm looking forward to talking to everyone else that is applying! :)
Hang in there peeps ..... April 15 is almost here (and I don't have my taxes done yet!) I went today to get immunization and titers drawn. It is getting real. My doctor was so excited for me. It made me so ready to get started.
Again has anyone that got an acceptance email on Tuesday and their student admission status still not changed yet? I know I'm probably just overthinking it because I'm sure they wouldn't notify a person and them not be actually accepted just don't want me to that one person. It has been a week now and I would think it would have changed by now.
Does anyone know if they will be notifying either way? I have heard people say that they never received a rejection e-mail and that their status just changed to denied.
I'm not sure. At the info session they said everyone should be notified by April 15 via U.S. Mail but like you, I've heard the same things about the status change. I'm just sooo nervous because tomorrow is the 15th and they've never been this late with previous classes so I've seen on past forums. :-(
It makes me nervous too. How does being wait listed work? Do they let you know you have been wait listed? I read on past forums that people received a denial but got accepted a while later. They had been waitlisted and didn't know it. Hopefully they will send out some emails today since some people got emails a week ago!
