UTH Cizik School of Nursing BSN Pacesetter- Spring 2020

I thought I'd start this feed now. I applied in January. I know I'm early but I'm not much of a procrastinator. I just retook my Hesi and got a 89.2.. I feel I need to take it over but, some people are saying they don't even know UT's selection process. Can anyone enlighten me on that?

They accept applicants with and without degrees.

They may send more than one batch of emails, they may not. It was two batches of emails for summer and only one for fall if I remember correctly

The day you submitted your application doesn't matter, there are people who submit there's the day it is due and get in.

Don't drive yourself crazy trying to figure out why they choose how they choose! If you don't get in do not let it defy you! Your stats could be better than someone who got in, UT is not transparent at all about how they select applicants so don't take it personally as you are all worthy! It isn't over until you get your email/portal change so don't lose faith yet!

Overall GPA - 3.5

Science GPA - 3.7

HESI - 92.8

Does anyone know the tuition cost for each semester or per year in the nursing program?

22k its on the site.. for the entire program. there is a break down on the site. thats the first thing i looked at.

i applied for the first time with no previous degree, I also didn't have any volunteer work associated with health fields or anything like that, and i graduated hs not too long ago in 2018...got accepted!

Every time I try logging in to the portal, it says that my user id/password is invalid. It was working this morning but now it isn't. Do you think that is a sign I didn't get accepted?

No, I would just reset your password. If that doesn't work contact the help desk ?
