Alas! Here I go again!;) This thread is dedicated to all hopefuls to either of the programs- AP or traditional. Let's partake in the sharing of ideas, suggestions, and/or insight in the "intricacies" of this nursing program. Former grads, new or current students are encouraged to chat. I know. My husband decided to play hooky from work today thinking I would get my letter. But at least I get a nice lunch today.. lol I am just trying to prepare myself for either outcome - acceptance or denial...

@kaystarz - do you live in Arlington?

I just spoke with my advisor and she said the letters were sent out yesterday so if you live in Arlington you should have received it today.

Talked with Director of Nursing and no letters went out until yesterday...and there is 2 waves of letters so the other wave goes out sometime this week, she alluded to, but did not come right and and say it, that 1st wave was denial letters and 2nd was acceptance letters. So maybe the first letters either way will be today if not later this week.

My stomach is in knots!! @jamielynn12 - so if what you interpreted from your conversation we should all be hoping for letters at the end of the week, the weekend or beginning of next week. Either way, good luck to all!

Every time I think of getting a letter my heart starts to race. I, too, am preparing myself for either outcome - really hoping that I get an outcome worth celebrating though! ;)

I am in Fort Worth, so I am sure I won't hear anything today either. I do have chocolate and ice cream ready though. :D I just wish I was partnered. I already know my chances are miniscule. Yes, I know, I should think positively, but I am more of a realist. But, no matter what, the earth actually will keep spinning whether it happens for me or not. It just means a delay in when I start. There. That's much more positive :).

Maybe that's a good thing....all the acceptances letters come tomorrow or end of week:)
