  1. @ Austingal, congratulations on getting in! The grades usually are posted on mymav the Monday after finals. Couple of questions if you don't mind answering. Are you in the online or traditional(on campus) and what are your GPA's? I'm also on the waitlist for the traditional so I'm just wondering if they started calling people for the traditional program.
  2. When I initially applied, I thought that AP stood for Accelerated Program.
  3. @Judyd, I was saying that she was on the waiting list last semester and didn't get called so she reapplied for Spring2012 and she is still waiting for her letter. She is partnered but I'm not.
  4. BJBAILEY, don't feel so bad I'm also waiting for my APBSN letter along with a friend who was put on the waiting list last semester. I received the letter for the on campus program before yesterday and I'm on the waiting list for that one.
  5. @katybusymom, your grades are good and you have a good chance of being called. The only thing is they can call us for an opening as late as the first day of school. I'm not sure I have that kind of patience, uhhhh At least you have more than one choice, I wish I hadn't put all my eggs in one basket. :smackingf
  6. congrats! Katybusymom... what are your stats if you don't mind me asking?
  7. I received my letter for the traditional program yesterday and I am on the waiting list. I haven't received my letter for the AP program so I don't know what to think.
  8. @Libra1018 did you take your classes at UTA? I'm wondering because our stats are about the same.
  9. I got wait listed Science 3.75 Overall 3.7
  10. @kaystarz, looks like you have much more exciting news with a baby on the way. I know it's hard but don't worry, you will get in if you stay persistent. Trust me, I have already been denied once but I'm not going to let it keep me down. I'm still waiting for the mail to come.
  11. @kaystarz - do you live in Arlington? I just spoke with my advisor and she said the letters were sent out yesterday so if you live in Arlington you should have received it today. good luck to all!
  12. kaystarz, what classes do you have F's in? If it's not a prereq class then you don't have to worry about it. I feel you on the chemistry, that's what pulled my science GPA down to a 3.75. Unfortunately I took regular chemistry with Rodgers instead of the nursing chemistry which would have been easier. Yea, I don't think that I'll be retaking that either :-S
  13. I was also referring to both. My science GPA is 3.75
  14. I had a 3.65 last semester and didn't get in so I re-took some classes and brought my gpa up to a 3.75. I'm still scared that I might not get accepted. I heard that the online one is even more competitive if you are not already working for one of the partnered hospitals.
