UTA fall 2011

anyone else apply to UTA nursing school for fall 2011. I'm waiting for an admission decision.

I emailed my AA earlier this morning but haven't received a response... Playing the waiting game with the rest of you!

Waiting is terrible! I mean really actually letters?!?! Get with the times email is definitely the way to go!!! I'm probably going to scare my mail man if the letter doesn't come real soon!! If I get in then I'm taking Intro to Prof Nursing over the summer. Didn't want to waste the $ if I didn't get accepted! Heard anything about that class? I read on rate my prof that is pretty boring. :( I was hoping it would be a little bit interesting.

I just called and they said the letters go out tomorrow. I hope that just isn't their standard answer whenever someone calls!I took Pharm and Patho online already and I am currently taking Intro. Pharm is really in depth. So is Patho but if you pay attention to the modules they assign and do the module exams at the end you will be well prepared. That is for the AP online classes. I don't know about in seat or traditional online. Good luck everyone!

I just want the letters to come! E-mail would have been quicker, and cheaper.... but, possibly more easy to confuse also. Just look at what happened with the HESI e-mail.... what if something like that happened with Admissions letters... and everyone received one saying that they had been admitted, when they really hadn't been?! SO... I'll wait for my definitive letter. Hoping for the best, mentally preparing for the worst. Best of luck to everyone, I so hope that we all get in.

I called a couple hours ago and my counselor said they were going out this week. I doubt they will be working on Saturday so either they will go out today or tomorrow. But who knows it seems like they tell everyone something different and are constantly delaying.

Yes I concur with several of you that the letters are to go out May 6, 2011! I wish everyone the best of luck.....:)

I just called and she said they went out this morning, too. So I'm guessing if you live in NTX, then you'll be hearing back tomorrow/ Saturday... Monday at the latest.

Letters were mailed THIS MORNING. I called to confirm.... and it's for all programs, in case anyone needed that extra tidbit.... Ah, craziness. Good luck, if I wasn't nervous before, I am now....

I just received my acceptance letter to the AP BSN program! It's going to be tough balancing classes clinicals and work but I'm so excited!
