I do have good grades(3.8 GPA) though, thanks for the reply. Am applying for both ut tyler and Midwestern State University. I hope I get into at least one. Good on your first semester. Am taking pathophysiology and nursing concepts on the Tyler campus thus spring. All the best.

So are you guys doing reading or anything before the first class? I have been doing the pharmacology assignments. I am still working on dosage calculations at the moment... and working to memorize the conversions.

Hey yall! Its the first day of classes just a few things to remember.

1. Teachers are there to help. It is never too soon to ask for help! Its better to come to them when you don't understand the material than when you have to review a failed exam with them.

2. Don't be afraid to ask an upper level for help, they've been where you are right now.

3. Don't be afraid to try new things, in Sim lab, clinical, whatever. Chances are everyone in your group is just as clueless as you are, go have some fun!!

Yes, I was told as you said... that ultimately I will need all of the books in the box so I will keep them. I tried to purchase my Patho text today but they are of course sold out. With our first quiz due Thursday, I am kicking myself.

Oh ok, so you are in a different class. Do you have to use the ATI testing website for your class? I am not able to find any of the learning material for my Pharm class. I am able to log into the website, but just don't see anything at all pertaining to our college classes.
