ut houston still doing interviews?

I applied for spring 2011 and received and interview back in September, but I heard from another appicant that didnt make it that they arent doing interviews anymore. Now I heard from a current student that they saw interviews going on... I am a little confused. I dont know why I wouldnt get an interview now if I received one before.

any input from other applicants?

the concensus in the fall 2011 hopefuls thread is that fall admissions will use interviews as tie breakers but there are supposedly no interviews in the fall, similar to TWU's scoring system that has no interviews.

I just got provisional acceptance and did not need to do an interview for the fall 2011 program.

when did you get your acceptance letter? I am going nuts now.... i guess i didnt get in this time either... i might get something in the mail... we shall see...

The acceptance notification was sent in my utlink account today. Not sure when exactly the actual letter will arrive, I'm curious myself as I want specific instructions as to what to do next.

probably going to get all ur immunizaton records, shots, criminal background check, and drug test.

how long does it take for the drug screening and background check to get to the school? The status of the background check states it is complete on their web page. I did my drug test last thursday( 3/17/2011). The status on the Utlink has not changed.
