I am applying for the Summer 2019 application cycle at UT Health Science in Houston.
Stats:
HESI Overall: 92.4
Nursing Pre-req GPA: 3.88
Science Pre-req GPA: 4.0
Cumulative GPA: 3.41
My science Pre-req is excluding Chemistry. I'll be taking that in the Spring along with a few last minute pre-reqs. I have 2 F's in random classes on my transcript from a few year ago when I lost my mode of transportation. Unfortunately that's bringing my cumulative GPA down. Still feel like I have a shot though, so I am applying!
I'll also be applying for UTMB Fall 2019, Lone Star Fall 2019, and reapplying to UT Health Fall 2019 (if need be).
Does anyone know if you do reapply if you have to sent new transcripts and HESI scores? I'm trying not to think negatively but since we're so close to the Fall deadline I'm trying to plan for possibly reapplying.

Hiii. As long as you haven’t taken any new classes or retaken your HESI you do not need to resend anything. Just submit the application. But if you have new grades then resubmit those things before the deadline. Good luck!
Hi, everyone! I was denied for Spring 2019, and I haven't been active in this forum whatsoever. I think the waiting is starting to get to me now. I know we all want to get into such a great program, but please don't let one school define whether you are good enough or not. Whether we get in or not, don't give up on nursing because you didn't get into your dream school. I just wanted to share that because I saw someone mention they may give up and try again later. Stay persistent and remember what's meant to be will be. I hope we all hear good news soon ?. Also, sending positive vibes to everyone because I am sure we all need it at this point.
Hi, I saw your scores on the fall forum and they’re actually really really good! If you don’t mind me asking did you have any part time jobs as well?
I hate to seem like a Debbie downer, but I'm wanting opinions.. Is everyone planning on reapplying for the Fall if denied for this summer? I'm so torn since the Fall is supposedly the "hardest" to get into and the summer the "easiest". I'm also hesitant since I'd be sending in the exact same application (no change in GPA and I didn't retake the HESI). Gosh I hope we find out tomorrow, I hate the what-ifs going through my head since January! Fingers crossed!!
