Using music to teach healthy habits

I am so pleased to share a project our school did this year.  I worked with our music teacher and a friend who owns a production studio.  We used the tune to "Baby Shark" and recorded a handwashing song which shows the kids how to wash their hands and how long.  The music, the voices and the video were all created by our school.  The kids in our 5th grade classes chose the instruments, the rhythms and they were put into garage band, then fused together.  We then recorded our kids singing the lyrics, then recorded video and attached.  I hope you enjoy it, feel free to share!  Here is the link on Youtube

Love it!  I made a hand washing song last year for elementary, and the fifth graders wanted nothing to do with it ?

Damn you to perdition for putting the "Baby Shark" earworm back in my head. One of the ONLY advantages to COVID separation from my beloved grands is that I hadn't heard it in months....and now .... it's BAAA-AA-AA-ACK....

(But seriously, nice work!)
