USF SARASOTA ABSN SPRING 2020

Hello,

I realized there's no thread for University of South Florida's Accelerated BSN program for spring 2020 in Sarasota, so I thought of starting one. The deadline was on 4th October 2019. Come let's wait together ?.

It depends on what your grades look like and your interview skills confidence and being well prepped for an interview is always great practicing in the mirror helps?

For those who want I created a Facebook group it’s under USF Sarasota Manatee ABSN Spring Class ‘21 join the group! I’m moving there as well so I need roommates or cheap housing lol

For the people who were accepted, did you have a deadline for today? Just curious because they extended the notification deadline for people on the waiting list.

We had to turn in our final grades for our last pre-req class. It to be a b or better.

I'm super excited because I was accepted due to someone dropping out last minute! Since I didn't go to the orientation, I was curious if anyone could help me with three questions I had. First, where do you get the HIPPA certification? My second questions is where do you buy the scrubs? Third, I saw you purchase the IT but there are 2 other softwares it looks like and it wasn't clear where you purchase these so any info on how that works and where to go would be helpful! Thank you in advance for your help!

1. Castlebranch has a HIPPA class, so you do it through them. It’s also the platform that you upload all your vaccinations and such through. They SHOULD send an email with instructions.

2. Buy scrubs through the Sarasota-Manatee bookstore. I’d give them a call or go in to try them.

3. I am not sure about the ATI package, but I just got an email about it. Again, they should email you this stuff as you go.
