Thanks spacegirl! It was such an anti-climatic acceptance on my part because I was in the middle of the World Series! LOL! I think it's hitting me now.

I'll def keep you updated on which way I choose. Last year, I had no options...this year, I potentially have 2.

C'mon USF! Its gonna be a hard decision once I cross that bridge!

FYI, I emailed MM about when they'll be notifying us especially with the Thanksgiving weekend and she said, END of November.

Hello USF hopefuls! I too applied for the Spring 2011 CNL program at SFU, I'm stressing out with all the waiting they put us through...it's torture!!! Im also applying at SMU for the ELMSN program and the ASBN program but have to retake my TEAS because my score was not too great. I hope that we all make it in the same cohort ;)

So I heard that we may find out by the END of November (which is longer than 6 wks per their webpage).

Can you walk me through how to check my up to date status online. I've logged in and it just says this:

Graduate Application for Admission - School of Nursing for Spring 2011

Status: Payment accepted, data sent, received, and confirmed!

It also gives me the option of clicking on a link to return to the home page or another link to go back to the Main Menu. Am I doing this correctly, how come mine doesn't tell me whether all documents have been received such as my letters of recommendation????

HELP!

hi mistymall,

you were supposed to get 2 separate emails from them: one with user id, and another with pw. contact them if you didn't. it displays your status of transcripts, references, etc. (received, not received)

End of November??

based on the previous semesters, I thought it's around next week or so. Good luck all !!

Hello Everyone!

This is my first post on Allnurses.com and I am super excited to be going on this application journey with you all! USF had a minor issue with one of my official transcripts last week but one of the nice ladies helped me fix it. Definitely, the ball is rolling! =)

From my understanding, there is no interview, right?

nope there is no interview for USF. i heard we are supposed to hear back by the end of the month. ugghhh i really hate all these waiting.

I just heard back from someone at the graduate office, she told me that they would try to notify everyone by mail as early as the "end" of November to "mid"-December. :eek:

Hi everyone- this is my first post here on this forum I'm glad I found you all! I have also applied to USF's CNL Spring 2011 and am waiting anxiously to hear back from them. according to previous posts from other cohorts, it looks like they have started notifying 4 to 6 weeks after their deadline which is also what it says on their website! This week and next week would actually be weeks 5 & 6! :uhoh3: I'm sure they'll also be delayed and still let people know into mid-December. which means let's not all give up hope, it's coming! I'm just glad they're decisions come WAY faster than the other schools =) Good luck to everyone! :heartbeat
