USF ABSN Summer 2021 - Tampa Campus

Hello all!

I have not seen a forum for this topic yet so I decided to make one!

I believe that the file upload deadline to apply to USF is coming up (January 11th). Has anyone been accepted to USF yet?

Excited / nervous for the SOAR application to open in February!

Yeah hopefully they will have the technology issues resolved by the time you interview LOL. Good luck!

Hey! I’m also applying for Fall 2021. Just making sure you didn’t apply already since the application doesn’t open until may 10th (as I thought)... LOL sorry you said “applied” and I freaked out like OMG did I miss like an early application deadline

Yes I confused y'all im sorry. What I meant was that I applied for the program that begins Fall 2021 for Vcare. I actually had my interview on the 22nd but we do not find out anything until April 9th. I have been looking at this discussion because it has been the most helpful plus I get really excited/hopeful when I start seeing people post their acceptances.

Hey all-- question for those of you who got into the program. What does your class schedule look like? I saw that there are a lot of courses each semester--are they shortened courses so you're only taking a couple at a time, but in a compressed time frame? Or are you taking all of them at once? Are any of these classes online?

hi everyone, not sure if anyone is active on here, but when was y'alls orientation?? I know acceptances aren't until the end of March, but I'm trying to plan out housing, etc. and wanted to know an estimate of when I need to move in for orientation. TY!

Hey! Just realized I posted that to the wrong place, LOL. I can't remember exactly what the timeline was, but we were notified of acceptance in March shortly after our interview. Our orientation was still virtual at the time, but it was near the end of April/early May if I am remembering correctly! I think if you look back through the posts from Summer 2021 you might find some helpful answers on the timeframe. ? Good luck!
