USF ABSN Fall 2023

Published

Hi everyone, I wanted to start a thread of people applying to USF's ABSN program in St. Pete this fall because I haven't seen any-- I am finishing 2 classes right now and have 1 more this Summer that will be my "in progress" class. I am cutting it close to deadlines, anyone else in that boat as well?

Hey! I do not have any classes in progress, but my NursingCAS application was just verified last week!

Wow!  I probably won't be verified til the last minute

Hi, I have one class in progress too :D I submitted my application on the first and got an interview around 2 weeks later. Good luck with your application!

So your application got verified even with one class in progress? I'm not sure why mine is not

You got an interview with USF? I thought they didn't start offering them until June

I also already had my interview. They don't release decisions until July though.

Wow I thought they werent doing interviews til June as well— hope to get one soon once my stuff gets verified

Fingers crossed for it to happen soon for you!

Hi!

My NursingCAS application got verified on May 17th and I got an email for an interview on May 18th. I have my interview tomorrow, I'm super nervous but have been doing my best to try to prepare the best I can, and just rely on my healthcare and patient experience to help me answer the questions. The last day to interview is July 3rd, and from previous threads I think they release acceptances about 2 weeks after that. Good luck to everyone, and let me know if you have any interview tips. :)

I'm sure you'll do great! I had my interview last week and only took 15 minutes but felt like that was all I needed
