Has anyone had previous nursing school interviews and want to share common questions they have asked or videos that have helped them prepare for nursing school?

I interview Wednesday at 9…so if you don’t mind giving us some insight on how it went and what questions they asked (doesn’t have to be specific if you don’t want to share that) but at least so we all have a general idea of what to study for. Good luck!

The time slots I picked were taken unfortunately, so I'm waiting to hear back to see if my second choices were taken or if I have to wait for the new dates. I hope everyone who has their interview coming good vibes, ya'll got this!!

I had my interview already. Pretend it’s your best friend asking you the questions and just be candid and honest! You will all do amazing!

Ah congratulations on the interview! I am so nervous, do you feel like they asked any questions that you felt as if they were hard or you needed time to think or were they all pretty straight forward?

Update: I had my interview and honestly just be yourself. I felt like I was stressing so much but it was nice.

okay so I just had my interview, they asked mostly why I wanted to be a nurse, ethical dilemmas, and other general questions. Honestly, I think a bombed it ? but it wasn’t as bad as I was making it seem in my head. She was super sweet, take a deep breath, and like everyone else said act as if a friend was asking you the questions. Those 20 minutes go by fast trust me. We finished at the 19 minute mark.

May I ask what your GPA is?

I am sure you will get a response very soon because they are interviewing all throughout June! My GPA is a 3.89, and my pre-req GPA is also a 3.8. Best of luck to you, and I hope we get in! 

Congratulations everyone on the interviews!! Do we know when we hear back? I am waiting to find out about USF while also looking at leases in an area for another program which is stressful.
